Michael Ward

In 1975 when his parents owned the business, Michael started out his career as a local mover for the company. He became qualified as a long distance driver for Bekins Van Lines. After twelve years of driving, Michael became Ward Moving’s operations manager. In 1991, he was promoted to Vice President. Michael has been a Certified Moving Consultant by the American Moving & Storage Association since 1994. He became CEO and owner of Ward Moving & Storage, an interstate agent for Bekins Van Lines, in 2011.

Michael is a member of Merritt Island Rotary Club and Merritt Island Christian Church. Michael and Ward Moving have earned the Green Arrow Award from the Department of Defense recognizing superior service; South East Regional Storage Contractor of the Year; Bekins Sales Goal Getter; and the Total Quality Commitment Award from Bekins Van Lines.
